Provide your 20-day Cancellation Notice before the next payment due date
Update IdentityIQ (or other monitoring) credentials:
  1. A. If you are a new client and do not have a portal yet: submit here
  2. B. If you are an existing client and already have a portal: by logging into your client portal
Submit required identification (ID, SSN card or w-2, proof of address)
