Missed a Payment? You Have Options

Here are some single-usage payment links to resolve your account

While there are direct solutions, such as reaching out to me for assistance on your account in the event that you'll miss a payment, you can use these links if payment HAS already been missed and there's a negative balance on your file.

This will deter from cancellation and possible collection activity and quite a few fees for failure to pay for services rendered.

Choose 1 of the following:

I Missed TWO Payments

  • *Note that late, NSF, and returned payment fees are charged separately from your regular monthly payment.
  • **Your account will continue to incur fees if you do not cancel at least 15 days prior to the next payment using the form found under the Service-related Forms, and/or you do not bring your account current.
  • You cannot cancel by failing to pay or closing your credit or debit card. Note: this would be considered fraud

If you need to update your payment method, please do so at least 5 days prior to your next payment using THIS link.

To resolve your account using alternative payment options such as bank transfer, wire, WesternUnion, MoneyGram, money order, or to find out what your other options are, use the live chat widget at the bottom-right of the page and we can work together to bring your account current and start working on the dispute process again.
