Q: I received an error on the IdentityIQ page and it said expired (or another error). What do I do?

Q: Where can I submit my credit monitoring username & password, and identification if it wasn't provided on the contract?
A: You can securely send your credentials and identification HERE

Q: Is this my client portal where I'll get my credit repair updates?
A: No. You will receive notification to create your password to login to creditrestorationportal.com after disputes are created and sent out on your behalf

Q: When will I receive my client portal, analysis, analyzer, and dispute letters? 
A: Assuming that all 3 required onboarding steps have been completed, dispute letters are sent out on the 9th business day after sign up. 3-5 days AFTER disputes have been sent out, you'll receive your portal, analysis, and analyzer for your copies
